replumping the cushions?

Hi - Ive had my stella sofabed for 2 years - whilst I have loved it and everyone who sleeps on it comments on the comfy mattress the cushions to sit on are now very flat and have no spring making it quite uncomfy. Ive regularly turned and plumped them - any recomendations on making my sofa comfy again? Can I buy more feathers to stuff the cushions?
