Avalon two seat in Cookie

The fact that the Avalon has no cushions is good for several reasons –no plumping required, it is nice and small, and refreshingly inexpensive. But doesn’t no cushions and small mean uncomfy you ask – oh no – because of the Avalons fine curves it really is most comfortable. Style, comfort, value and effortless elegance.

Two seater sofa seems to have 167cm dimensions overall length and 52cm seat length. Surely this can't be right?

We are currently having problems with the featured measurements on the website, but I can confirm that the internal width (seating space) of the sofa is 130cm.

Thank you very much for your query! The length of the chaise does indeed remain the same length for both the medium and large versions of the sofa - it is 155cm in total.

Alderney armchair in Cookie

This chair is meant for sitting on. You know what we mean – some chairs are more for looky-looky, but this elegant French inspired number, can welcome you and a good book for hours and hours. It hugs you tight and draws you in. The seat is properly sprung with a tied coil base (considerably more expensive), the legs are of solid, hand-carved waxed Oak – this chair just oozes class and comfort.

How many meters of fabric does the Alderney require and do I provide this directly for a special order or are you able to source from another supplier

Thank you very much for your query! The Alderney would require 4m of a plain fabric or 5m of a patterned fabric. If the fabric is from a designer with whom we have dealt with before, we could source it on your behalf - otherwise, you can always purchase the fabric directly and then send it to us for upholstering one of our models.

We are up a narrow stair case and our door is only about 70 cm wide.

Thank you very much for your interest in our Isla sofa! As standard, the Isla sofas can come apart into 4 pieces (back, base and arms) for delivery, in addition to the legs being removed, so access is unlikely to be an issue.

Thank you very much for your query! The Long Island sofa does indeed have fully removable covers - as well as the seat and back cushion covers, the frame cover can also be removed. These can therefore be dry-cleaned or replaced in future should you require it.

What colour are the legs on this chair ? the website doesn't seem to let me choose when ordering

Thank you very much for your query! The standard legs on the Alderner chair are oak with bronze castors, though you can also have a dark mahogany wood finish, or a lighter french white option. We do not currently have the facility to make the selection online, but orders placed over the web are always followed up with a call from one of our sales team to confirm all the details with you. At this point, we would ask about your leg preferences and amend the order accordingly. If you prefer, we can also take orders directly over the phone.

The style of leg on the Sunday daybed is standard for the model - it has been specifically designed to support the frame, which the other leg styles would not be able to do. There are, however, three colour options: Dark Mahogany, English Oak and French White.
